The Bachman Community Center is a great option for birthday parties, small events, meetings, classes and more!  Our rates are  very affordable and we have several different spaces to suit your needs.

  • Our auditorium has a full size stage and can seat up to 300.  You may connect your own stage lighting and sound equipment!
  • The cafeteria has room for about 75 people (seated) and is adjacent to the kitchen.  Rental may include use of 6-foot tables and chairs.  The kitchen is equipped with a standard range, refrigerator and freezer space, large sinks and prep space.
  • We have 2 meeting rooms that are great spaces for birthday parties and small meetings.  Tables and chairs (both kid and adult sizes) included with rental.
  • Our playground has been described as "old school" and that's what the kids seem to like about it!  There is a variety of equipment for children to play on, a basketball court, shaded seating for adults and a blacktop area for balls, riding toys, and sidewalk chalk!  
  • Our baseball field hasn't hosted a regulation game in a while, but it's a wide-open space perfect for all kinds of active fun and games.  It's adjacent to the playground.
  • Garden Plots are rented seasonally on a first come, first served basis starting in early spring.  And they fill up fast-- call in the winter to get on the list!  They are in the back of BCC property, beyond the baseball field and get full sun.
  • Our honor-system, public Library is open when the office is open (Mon & Fri: 9-12; Tue, Wed, Thu: 10-2).
