Yoga with Ginny Allen. Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that connects breath with movement, stringing a variety of postures together to create a flow from one posture to the next. Fun, all-levels class where participants can grow in their yoga practice in a supportive and welcoming environment. All levels of ability are welcome. Mountain Arts Guild
Mountain Arts Guild or MAGI is always looking for new members. It's a time to paint, socialize, and learn from other art peers in a laid back setting. MAGI meets on Thursdays from 9:30am to 2:00pm in the BCC cafeteria. Annual dues are $25 and include showcasing your work in various art shows.
Newcomers are welcome. Bring a lunch and your medium of choice. Drop by on Thursday mornings or contact BCC for more information.

Owner Vanessa Dexter offers instruction in tap, ballet, jazz, creative movement and ballroom dancing to ages 3 to adult. Having earned her degree in physical education and dance from BYU, Vanessa is now in her 17th year of dance instruction. This great 60-minute workout targets strength building and muscular endurance. The “circuit” is the completion of all prescribed exercises during the class. Time between exercises is short with quick smooth movement to the next exercise.
Instructor Misty Mann mixes it up so that no two classes are the same. All levels of ability are welcome. Cost: $5 per class Note: Bring your own mat and a pair of hand weights.
Strength and Cardio Training
Monday and Friday at 11AM, Tuesday and Thursday at 6AM and 9:15AM.
Instructor Jaime Wilbanks leads a high-intensity interval workout, alternating short periods of intense activity followed by periods of rest. This class is suitable for all levels. Bring a water and towel and be ready to sweat!
