Yoga with Ginny Allen. Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga that connects breath with movement, stringing a variety of postures together to create a flow from one posture to the next. Fun, all-levels class where participants can grow in their yoga practice in a supportive and welcoming environment. All levels of ability are welcome. Owner Vanessa Dexter offers instruction in tap, ballet, jazz, creative movement and ballroom dancing to ages 3 to adult. Having earned her degree in physical education and dance from BYU, Vanessa is now in her 17th year of dance instruction. This great 60-minute workout targets strength building and muscular endurance. The “circuit” is the completion of all prescribed exercises during the class. Time between exercises is short with quick smooth movement to the next exercise.
Instructor Misty Mann mixes it up so that no two classes are the same. All levels of ability are welcome. Cost: $5 per class Note: Bring your own mat and a pair of hand weights.
Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey focusing on mind and body and improving overall health and well being. The experience includes two 60-minute high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week designed to challenge, empower, and recharge. Pre and post fitness assessments are completed allowing you to see your progress and celebrate your accomplishments. Nutrition guidance is provided to educate and guide you toward healthy eating habits. Includes supplemental online workouts, accountability, and support. This eight-week journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation. Tuesday and Thursday at 12PM and 7:30PM.
